Handling Time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is verified.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can easily track your order.
Delivery & Flat Rate Shipping
- Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days nationwide.
- We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of how many items you buy.
- Carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx are our trusted delivery partners.
Coverage
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Weather events, national holidays, or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, notify us at

within 7 days. Provide your order details (and photos, if applicable). We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
